This allows us to offer high-quality products to our valued customers. Once you have placed the order you should receive a verification email/ Sms. After the verification of your order, quality check and packing all together takes 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, the shipping process takes 3-5 business days to reach You. •If your product is damaged, defective, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

 

•Please contact Customer Service at thevault.pk, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

 

•Attach packaging pictures along with the product pictures and also share order number . 

 

 

 

Please note that the clearance & sale items will not be refunded. Clearance items will not be exchanged.

 

Please note that cash refund will not be issued on the items on sale and clearance. On sale and clearance items, a voucher for the same value will be issued that you can use on any other item.
