- Step 1: Prime eyelids with Shadow Insurance Eye Shadow Primer and blend out using a clean fingertip or a flat eye shadow brush.
- Step 2: Define crease with a matte shade using a fluffy blending brush. Place brush tip in the crease starting from outer corner lightly buffing to the inner corner in rainbow motion. Layer for colour intensity.
- Step 3: Apply your choice of shade onto the eyelid using a flat eye shadow brush. For shimmershades, apply using a clean fingertip to intensify shimmer.
